Testimonials

From M. Waters, Associate Dean
University of Toyota

Over the course of the past two years I have partnered and participated with the SCR Team as they work with hundreds of our Toyota Associates from all levels of the organization. Without a moment's hesitation, I would recommend them to any organization. I have come to trust their knowledge and expertise and the consistent excellence that they bring to every interaction which has resulted in moving our Toyota Culture forward to a higher level of performance and profitability.

More specifically, Jeanette and the SCR Team have the keen ability and insight to accurately identify the current state of an organization, develop realistic and timely recommendations for moving the organization forward and then following through with the design and delivery of the intervention which has the greatest impact. The approach is clearly one of long term performance improvement, rather than just delivering a training session. Through the guidance, design, and persistence of Jeanette and the SCR team, I have observed significant and positive change in the individuals engaged in the culture change and ultimately in the organization as a whole!.

From L. Wight, Director of Human Resources
California State University Monterey Bay

I want to say thank you to SCR and to recognize your contribution to California State University Monterey Bay. Your assessment, planning and facilitation of the Human Resources Office retreats were critical to our success.

We learned about each other as individuals and as team members, we practiced good communication, we asked hard questions, we gained tools to help formulate the answers, and we grew in our sense of purpose and our identity within the campus community. We had a great time together!

From M. M. Garcia, Director
MAAC PROJECT

On behalf of the Planning Committee, I extend congratulations for an excellent job in facilitating our staff training. At the committee level you started by winning us over with your professionalism, energy level and charisma. Secondly, in the planning stages, you demonstrated good listening skills, perceptiveness, and punctual follow-through. Perhaps the key to success in this stage was your display of flexibility and tolerance to the numerous curve balls that were introduced.

The week established a positive and supportive atmosphere, a reenergized team effort, ultimately resulting in communication and problem solving. All in all a heightened cohesion amongst participants and for the organization as we move forward together.
