the design and delivery of the intervention which has the greatest

our staff training. At the committee level you started by winning
us over with your professionalism, energy level and charisma. Secondly,
in the planning stages, you demonstrated good listening skills,
perceptiveness, and punctual follow-through. Perhaps the key to
success in this stage was your display of flexibility and tolerance
to the numerous curve balls that were introduced. Wonderful speakers! Presented
a sometimes controversial subject in a manner that was both easy
to understand and enlightening. The exercises and group involvement
